QUANTUM MURRAY INTRODUCES NEW OWNER

Continuity of existing management and resources of new owner will enhance QM’s strong upward trend and set a new standard of safety and customer service for environmental and industrial services providers

TORONTO, Ontario (March 24, 2016) – Quantum Murray (“QM Environmental”) is pleased to announce Wes Hall, one of Canada’s most innovative entrepreneurs and leading businesspeople, has acquired the company as part of a transaction with Tuckamore Capital Management (TSX:TX)(TSX:TX.DB.B). The transaction, previously announced on March 4, 2016, with the sale closing on March 22, 2016, will enhance QM’s continued long-term growth and stability.

“I made this investment because of QM’s strong track record of safety and experience, as well as the opportunity to work with the highly qualified and committed QM team to further enhance the company’s upward trajectory,” said Wes Hall. “Ensuring the senior management team and Adrian were as committed as I am to helping QM take its next big step was important to me and provides our customers and suppliers with continuity going forward.”

Adrian Montgomery, QM’s CEO, has a commitment to remain with the company for a minimum of three years. In addition, all senior management team members will stay in place and have committed to the future success of QM.

“Wes’ single ownership model coupled with the ongoing dedication and commitment of our senior management team provides the stability and resources needed to take QM to the next level,” said Montgomery. “Wes has a track record of building great companies but more importantly building great teams of people. The financial prowess he brings coupled with our top management team means a new level of service excellence for our customers and growth for our company.”

QM is also happy to announce the continued support of its existing banking, bonding, and insurance relationships that will ensure the long-term financial stability of QM. This continuity will also ensure the ongoing high level of support for customers and contracts for whom our partners have come to rely on QM.
